As Ramadan draws to a close, we want to wish everyone "Eid Mubarak!"
Please join us for this year's last Iftar on Thursday (9/9) at the Chaplain's House (66 Wall Street). We'll be having a delicious Halal BBQ!
Then the Yale Muslim community will celebrate Eid al-Fitr on Friday (9/10) at 8 am at Yale's Coxe Cage facility (76 Derby Avenue). Rides are available from Phelps Gate at 7:45 am on Friday. Please indicate if you would like a ride: http://tinyurl.com/eidsalat. After the prayer, there will be a free community breakfast in the Masjid al-Islam parking lot (624 George Street).
We welcome any and all students, faculty, alumni, and community members who would like to participate in Ramadan and Eid activities at Yale University. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible!
Please email Omer Bajwa (omer.bajwa@yale.edu), the Coordinator of Muslim Life at Yale, for more information.
